President-elect Biden received high praise today for his comprehensive plan to disinfect the White House, with many commending his team on developing such a well-thought-out plan so quickly. However Biden, who is known to be uncomfortable getting undue praise, said there was a simple reason why his plan to thoroughly disinfect the White House is so detailed.

“Truth is we started working on it long before the novel Coronavirus even existed.”

Biden explained that his team began work on the plan to rid the White House of dangerous pathogens as soon as they realized their candidate had a shot at winning the 2020 election back in 2018. Though there was no such thing as the Coronavirus then, they nevertheless planned on having to eradicate all kinds of resistant toxic germs.

“Remember – Steve Bannon had only just left the building at this point.”

With all that early preparation, once the global pandemic took hold they realized their pre-existing plans didn’t really require any significant changes.

“Given the things we were already planning to fumigate against, this one was a doozy!”
