Boeing CEO Steps Down After Learning His New Company Jet Is A 737 MAX

Despite initial defiance, Boeing CEO Dennis Muilenburg has decided to step down in accordance with the company’s board’s wishes.

Muilenburg, who needs to make extensive use of his provided company jet as part of his work, agreed to resign immediately after being informed the plane at his disposal had been upgraded.

“We’ve given you a 737 MAX all to yourself.”

Muilenburg responded that he needed to spend more time with his family right away and exited the building.
