The unveiling of the Obamas’ official portraits at the National Portrait Gallery was disrupted when a disturbed individual threw a substance on the painting of the 44th President.

“He is described as fairly tall, but not as tall as the height he was shouting out for some reason, with a coif of orange hair that was highly susceptible to wind gusts.”

The man appeared visibly unhinged according to those who witnessed the incident.

“He kept saying nobody’s hands are that big as he threw black ink over Obama’s portrait.”

The man managed to escape as he had a large motorcade waiting for him that gallery staff were unable to outrun.
