Starbucks billionaire and former CEO Howard Schultz has suspended his Presidential Campaign indefinitely, according to staff who were let go today.
Schultz thanked them for their efforts, and gave special thanks to the focus of those efforts, his supporter.
“You have been a great supporter, and we couldn’t have gotten this far without you.”
Reached for comment, Schultz’s supporter said he was not too upset at the news, as he had forgotten Schultz was ever in the race.
“I only joined the mailing list because I thought I’d get free coffee.”
Schultz added if it looked like Biden was slipping in the polls he might reactivate his campaign, in which case he would be sure to let his supporter know.
