Former Presidential lawyer Rudy Giuliani has immediately refuted the validity of a ruling suspending his license to practice law in New York on the basis that the issuing court has no legitimacy as a result of its perverse legal practices.
“I do not recognize this court as its methods are totally alien to me and all those who value proper jurisprudence.”
Giuliani said the actions of the court – such as holding its proceeding in a courtroom – indicate it is an illegitimate shambles that does not deserve to be recognized.
“Everyone knows that important legal proceedings should be held in the parking lot of a landscaping company that shares its name with a major hotel chain.”
Giuliani’s legal brief challenging the ruling cites multiple other failures, including lack of proximity of a porno shop and inappropriate proper spelling throughout legal filings.
“This is not how things are supposed to be done!”
He further claims to have evidence he was elsewhere during all the times he is accused of legal impropriety.
“I’m certain I can produce videographic evidence that I was in a hotel room fiddling with my zipper in each and every instance once my friend Borat gets back to me with his outtakes.”
