Jeff Sessions Leaves Steve Bannon Unsure If He’s Still The Administration’s Top Racist

Of all the people upset by the confirmation of Jeff Sessions as Attorney General, Steve Bannon is not the first to come to mind. However, the former Breitbart executive is said to be furious at the way Sessions is now viewed as the administration’s top racist, which Bannon considers his prerogative.

Trump tried to reassure them that they are both excellent racists and it doesn’t matter to him which one is technically the best. But the fiercely competitive men are reportedly having a difficult time putting aside the matter of who is the most accomplished at oppressing people of color.

Though Bannon felt he had a lock on the honor, Sessions has him worried given that he was refused confirmation of a judicial appointment back in the 1980s over charges of racism. Bannon was also dismayed to learn that his fondness for white supremacy movements was matched by Sessions, who also has a better rapport with the Russians than he does.

President Trump reiterated that the two of them had better sort it out between themselves and learn to share the White House dog whistle.
