‘Pharma bro’ Martin Shkreli has been found guilty of securities fraud, but escaped conviction on a number of charges, leading him to declare the reault a victory.
With sentencing to follow, Shkreli could face up to twenty years behind bars, but hopes to get off with much less.
Unfortunately for Shkreli, the Judge due to sentence him announced she plans to exercise the monopoly she will hold as the sole official determining how long he will be imprisoned.
“I intend to apply the most exorbitant sentence I feel the market will bear.”
A preliminary survey of the public suggests that number is at least 70,000 years.
I wish but it wont happen.
I agree with Carolyn Trovao!! Only I’d like to see him there for Life without parole!! What kind of jerk are you Christopher Gerz??? A low-life like ur friend shkreli????
Place in the ward where the HIV-positive prisoners are!!! for let’s say 20 years
WTF kind of response is that? Are you an idiot Carolyn Travao, or just beyond ignorant?
Obviously, Christopher Gerz did not know that Shkreli raised the cost of meds for AIDS patients to astronomical amounts – that is why Carolyn posted what she posted.
