Kellyanne Conway wished her boss happy birthday today, and presented him with a thoughtful gift she was sure he would like – a personalized violation of the Hatch Act.

“This one is especially for you, Mister President. Happy Birthday!”

Conway then launched into a partisan attack on the electoral process to disadvantage Trump’s opponents while being paid from the public purse as part of the White House staff.

“It came from the heart.”

Trump said it was the best birthday present he’s ever received, other than an early gift given to him by his Attorney general, Bill Barr.

“That guy sure knows how to make you feel special!”
