(Boulder, CO) Representative Lauren Boebert is in her home state today, after racing back to the site of a mass shooting so she could help the victims in their time of dire need.
“I hated to think of them dying under the misapprehension that the AR in AR-15 stands for assault rifle.”
As she scrambled to find any victims still breathing, Boebart whispered the words she hoped would bring comfort to a young woman she found clinging to life on the parking lot tarmac.
“It stands for Armalite Rifle, not assault rifle which is just some libturd nonsense to take away our freedoms, girl!”
Afterwards, Boebert spoke to the press about how disappointed she was by the poor level of firearms knowledge displayed by the dying Coloradans she had just met.
“If you’re going to get shot and killed by an AR-15, at least have the respect to learn what it stands for.”
Boebert also plans to reach out to the families of the victims to make sure none of them make the stupid mistake of saying their beloved was killed by an automatic weapon, when in fact it was semi-automatic.
“Unless of course the shooter had modified the weapon using a widely available kit or a bump stock, in which case describing their loved one as having been torn apart by automatic gunfire is acceptable.”
