The ‘McDonald’s of the Future’ has arrived at a franchise location in St Joseph, Missouri, and it features comfy chairs, self-serve kiosks, and even table service for those that want it.

But the most exciting development is that they are now offering unlimited cardiovascular with the purchase of select sandwiches.

“We asked our customers what they wanted and the answer was endless health problems.”

For those eager for heart complications who don’t live in St Joseph, McDonald’s says you can already have as much cardiovascular disease as you want at all their other locations, but you will have to pay for it by the serving for now.
