Millennials On Verge Of Redeeming Themselves By Killing Off Applebee’s

The oft-derided generation known as ‘Millennials’ is garnering widespread praise today following reports that its eating preferences is killing off Applebee’s and similar dining chains.

Though typically spoken of in derisive terms for being entitled and too wrapped up in social media, millennials are being commended by haters of Applebee’s — an enormous demographic for reasons that are poorly understood — for putting the final nail in the coffin of a restaurant franchise despised with a passion usually only seen on the battlefield.

“Finally this generation has done something worthwhile by finishing off the milquetoast casual dining experience that is Applebee’s.”

Millennials said they had nothing against the struggling chain, but preferred to spend whatever dollars they had eating in or going to craft brew pubs.
