Former Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort is now in the hands of the FBI after being offered up by the Trump administration in an effort to appease Special Prosecutor Robert Mueller. Manafort had been reportedly summoned to the White House sometime earlier.
Following the news that the first charges have been filed, tourists in front of the White House were treated to the dramatic spectacle this morning of a man tied to an office chair being thrown out of an upper floor window onto the lawn below.
After the man was identified, it became clear the Trump Administration had decided to make a strategic sacrifice by tossing a bound Paul Manafort out of the building in hopes of appealing Mueller.
The FBI came and picked him up off the White House lawn and he remains in their custodt. Meanwhile, Jared Kushner has reportedly locked himself in his office, out of fear that he will be offered up next.
