Putin Open To Installing Different Stooge In White House In 2020

Asked for his thoughts on the 2020 election today, Russian leader Vladimir Putin said he believes the incumbent Donald Trump may not deserve re-election.

“I am definitely open to installing a different stooge this time.”

Putin reportedly came to his decision when Trump launched a series of attacks on the late Senator John McCain, which he disapproved of.

“At some point you have to draw a line.”

He is also said to be unhappy with Trump’s wandering attention when it comes to helping out authoritarian regimes.

“He should be focused on the needs of the person who got him elected, and not those of other strongmen like Kim Jong-un and Rodrigo Duterte.”

As to how he plans to install a different stooge, whether by contesting a Republican primary or running an independent candidate, Putin said he does not worry about such minutiae.

“I decide what should happen and my people decide how best to bring it about, whether by trolls whipping up unrest, murder, or whatever. In my position you don’t sweat the details.”
