As it became clear how crowded it was getting underneath the bus Trump was throwing people under, White House Aides wondered today if there would be room when it came their time to be cruelly undermined by their boss.

“We’re going to need a bigger bus.”

With Sean Spicer, Sarah Huckabee Sanders, Mike Pence, Rod Rosenstein, Kellyanne Conway, Jeff Sessions, and James Comey already under the bus, it is far from certain that there is room for one more.

“I guess you could fit Reince Priebus under there at a pinch, but forget Rex Tillerson.”

Instead, someone came up with the idea of calling in a second bus that would become the bus Trump threw people under as soon as the space under the first bus was full.

“When he throws National Security Adviser H.R. McMaster the bus, I hope he uses the second one, because that’s one stocky general.”
