Actor Shia LaBeouf has been arrested in downtown Austin, according to the police there. Though initial reports stated the transformers star was arrested for public intoxication, that is not the case.

“He’s been charged with being Shia LaBeouf, which is a felony in these parts.”

This is not the first time this has occurred, as he has been picked up on charges of being Shia LeBeouf numerous times, and appeared before multiple judges, all of whom warned him he had to stop being Shia LaBeouf or face imprisonment.

“Regrettably, there is little evidence if any that Shia LaBeouf has even attempted to stop being Shia LaBeouf, which leaves us little choice but to go for the maximum.”

Authorities warn that even if Shia LaBeouf were to change so that he is no longer anything like Shia LaBeouf, that does not automatically mean he will not run afoul of the law in the future.

“In doing so he might turn himself into Randy Quaid, which is also a crime.”
