Spirit Airlines Changes Slogan To “Our Planes Don’t Fall To The Ground After Takeoff”

US low-cost carrier Spirit Airlines has announced it has changed its slogan, which used to be “Less Money, More Go” and before that was “Catch the Spirit!”

“Our new slogan is: Spirit – Our Planes Don’t Fall To The Ground After Takeoff.”

The switch was made after Spirit verified that they were not operating any Boeing 737 Max 8 aircraft, and saw an opportunity to improve their tenuous reputation.

“Our seats may be small and hard, but they do stay in the air after takeoff, which we believe is a feature the average customer wants.”

With lowest cost rival Southwest continuing to operate their 737 Max 8 aircraft, Spirit sees a real opportunity to gain market share.

“The great thing about gaining new customers because you use planes that don’t fall out of the sky is that they can be repeat customers for the very same reason.”

Spirit added that it would be focusing exclusively on improving it’s reputation for flying planes that stay aloft between airports from now on, instead of passenger comfort.

“Other than in the sense that most people are more comfortable being alive.”
