On a rainy July 4th, President Trump gave a history lecture of sorts in front of the Lincoln Memorial about the founding of the great nation he is now priviliged to lead.
“This country could not exist without the loss of British air superiority when George Washington’s forces captured the airports.”
Trump also paid tribute to the brave American aces who took the fight against the Royal Air Force to the skies using captured Hurricanes and Spitfires.
“They were such great pilots. The best pilots. You’ve never seen better 18th century pilots.”
He gave a special call-out to the armoured divisions of the Continental Army who denied the enemy their landing strips.
“They took back those airports with tanks just like these in the Battle of Valley Forge. So brave.”
Concluding a stirring speech Trump, paid tribute to the modern day armed forces – including relative newcomer the Space Force.
“Our beautiful new Space Force is the best you’ve ever seen. The cosmos doesn’t stand a chance. Believe me.”
