The White House has announced that it has attacked ISIS militants in Afghanistan with the budget for the National Endowment for the Arts.

The NEA budget was dropped at 7:32 p.m. local time over a suspected cave complex in the Achin district of the Nangarhar province.

Damage to the cave complex is unknown at this time, though damage to the intellect of the United States is said to be substantial.

This follows an earlier mission that dropped a Meals on Wheels program on an airfield in Syria with mixed results.
