Trump “Hugely Impressed” By Scottish Protests Against Obama

Playing golf on the Scottish course that he owns, President Trump took time to wave to protesters who tried to get as close to him as possible, on a visit that has seen the American leader largely insulated from the British public.

“So nice that they wanted to interrupt their Obama protests to say hello to me, but the Secret Service say no dice.”

Asked what he thought about the protesters, Trump said he was very impressed by the depth of their feeling against his predecessor in the White House.

“As you know Obama caused the Russian meddling that Robert Mueller has had to deal with this week, so I imagine that fueled their anger in addition to all the other things they must hate about him.”

Trump then launched into an attack on immigrants, followed by a story about his mother growing up on the Scottish Isle of Lewis.
