Saying it was critical that his most important people are highly visible, President Trump today ordered the scientific and medical members of his coronavirus task force to wear dedicated attire he has designed for them.

“Taking my cue from the great sport of NASCAR, I have commissioned special uniforms for Dr. Fauci and the rest of the nerds to wear so the public can identify them more easily.”

The uniforms will be mandatory whenever they are conducting government business, including during attendance at press confreences.

“But feel free to wear them during your downtime too. You won’t get any complaints from me.”

Trump added that states will soon get the masks and PPEs they urgently need just as soon as a few details are finished up.

“Some of the logos didn’t print right, but we’re on it. Trust me.”
