United Airlines Claims Dog Who Died Kept Trying To Upgrade To Economy Plus

United Airlines are in the doghouse yet again, after a flight attendant insisted on putting a dog in a regulation carrier in an overhead bin instead of leaving it under the seat like normal.

The dog died, leaving everyone disgusted with the airline.

However United Airlines are fighting back, saying its actions were justified because the animal kept trying to upgrade itself for free by taking space under an economy plus seat closer to the front of the plane.

“Our employee told the dog it hadn’t paid for those extra six inches, but it just barked back in defiance.”

In order to prevent the canine community losing all respect for United’s cabin booking policy, the decision was taken to put the animal in the bin.

“Just be thankful we didn’t call the airport dogcatcher to physically drag it down the aisle and off the plane.”
