White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders said today that the cause of rampant bug infestations in the building is still unknown, and they are not ruling out a bad actor who has it in for the President.

“Has anyone seen Hillary or James Comey poking around? Because the President said he wouldn’t be at all surprised if it was one of them.”

Other theories being considered are that the cockroaches originate from North Korea, as part of an evil scheme put in place by Kim Jong-un.

“We also thought climate change could be the reason, until POTUS reminded us that is a Chinese hoax.”

Sanders said they will not rest until they figure out what could be attracting the pests.

“One thing you can be sure of is that we will find the culprit.”
