Ben Roethlisberger Takes Super-Casual Approach To Chiefs Game “I’m bringing my golf clubs”

STEELERS BRIEF: Following up on his statement that the Steelers ‘don’t stand a chance’ in their unlikely wild card game against the Kansas City chiefs, Pittsburgh quarterback Ben Roethlisburger today confirmed he would be taking a very relaxed approach to the game which was all about having fun. Bedecked in casual attire and wearing flip-flops that he ‘may or may not’ keep on during plays, he indicated he plans to work on his golf swing whenever he dumps the ball off. “There’s not much else for me to do at that point and we’re playing with house money so it’s all good.” Though he insists there’s not a snowball’s chance in hell of the Steelers winning the game, sports analysts say Roethlisberger may be playing an astute psychological mind-game to further a secret ambition to win another Superbowl. “If I’m Patrick Mahomes and instead of fearing me the other team are dressed in Hawaiian shirts having a cookout between snaps, that’s got to be unnerving.”

  1. Can I just say what a relief to find a person that actually understands what they’re talking about over the internet. You certainly realize how to bring a problem to light and make it important. A lot more people should look at this and understand this side of your story. It’s surprising you aren’t more popular because you surely have the gift.
