(Cliffside Park, NJ) Friends and family of Dr. Mehmet Oz expressed concern today for the TV personality. Though they have long felt something was mentally ‘off’, a recent incident involving his run for office and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has raised the specter that he is suffering from dementia.
“Maybe misplacing your car keys occasionally is normal, but misplacing your entire campaign for the U.S. Senate?”
They say there is some hope they can arrest the damage, as his disease appears not to be so advanced that he tried to run for office in Nevada or California.
“At least he still seems to remember that he’s from the Northeast – even if he got the state completely wrong!”
They say further evidence that he is struggling is when he referred to enjoying ‘beer and sandwiches’ during a visit to Pittsburgh – since using oddly generic words instead of being more specific is a sign of encroaching senility. However, locals say that in itself isn’t evidence of memory loss.
“He’s got zero connection to Picksburgh n’at, so why would he know it’s Primaneez and Arn City in the first place?”
