President Trump has revealed that he is a fan of the TV show Twin Peaks, after being asked what he thought about the death of Laura Palmer and the role of the Black and White Lodges in the show’s mythology.

“I see blame on both sides.”

Trump also weighed in on the characters of Evil Cooper and Dougie Jones in the new Showtime series, saying it was far too simplistic to label one as bad and the other as good.

“They are both fine people in their way.”

When asked how well he recalled the original series on ABC, Trump said it was all fairly hazy but he did remember identifying strongly with one particular character.

“He had long hair and a wonderful smile. I believe his name was Bob.”
